Learn to balance your nervous system through movement. All disciplines I teach integrate nervous system education and attention practices with movement and joy. I teach classes in yoga and Nia, and also run programs for athletes based on specific sports or disciplines. Being and nature and moving is the best possible medicine for your nervous system so if we can meet on the trail or slopes, I am for it!
